Parasitic Jaeger (light morph juvenile) - Miller Beach, Lake County, Indiana - November, 2016

Most of the young jaegers we see close enough on Lake Michigan to determine the plumage are intermediate morphs. Dark morphs, and light morphs like this bird, are quite unusual.

These photos were taken with a Canon 60D Digital Camera with a 100-400mm zoom lens.
