Arguably the "bird of the trip," this male Lovely Cotinga showed up in front of the Rancho Naturalista observation deck each of the three mornings we were there. Unfortunately, it was always too far and back-lit for good photos, but I had to include some shots of this marvelous bird.
These photos were taken with a Canon 7D Mark ii Digital Camera with a 100-400mm zoom lens.
