This Lesser Black-backed Gull is paler than typical LBBGs we normally see in Indiana.
Even though we normally see birds from the palest race - graellsii, this bird has
an even paler gray mantle (back) than a typical graellsii.
Notice the bright yellow legs, bright yellow bill, and very large bright red gonys-spot.
